A case by case exception process is available if it has been over 45 days since the day of your surgery. Please email us at cppwarranty@allergan.com and provide your Name, Phone Number, DOB, Serial Number information, and reason for delay in purchase. Please allow 4 weeks for processing and expect a follow-up phone call to confirm your information.
